We are so happy to interduce you to our great classes. They are a fusion of Pilates and.

 All of our classes with keep the mindful work of Pilates. Based in functional fitness, we will work through balance, core work, fluidity of movement, centering and coordination.

Most of all we want you to enjoy the workouts find them challenging as well as fun.

Building stamina and muscles as well as confidence, in what you achieve as well as seeing your body change are just part of the benefits!

Springboard
class

This is our lower studio area where we have all our group classes, On the wall you will see some of our springboards, that class is Friday afternoon at 2:00, or you can schedule a private group class up to 6 students. It's a total body workout for all ages and all levels.

mat class with props

In this area we also do our mat class with props, which includes light weights, weighted ball, small ball, bands magic circles, along with foam rollers.

This class is held on Monday and Friday @9:00 am

Cardio fitness

We also hold our cardio fitness classes, which we use large stability balls, weighted body bar, and steps. You'll enjoy this class for its weight loss, toning and cardio benefits. Along with meeting new people who make the experience fun.

This class is held Thursday morning at 10 am and Tuesday nights @ 5:30 pm
